evolveEA is designing improvements at Negley Station that incorporate enhanced connections, flexible gathering areas, and safer access.

City of Bridges Community Land Trust

evolveEA facilitated the process where participants built knowledge about Community Land Trusts, explored alternatives, and made decisions regarding CLT Expansion. Equity and inclusion were central to these endeavors, which led to the establishment of the City of Bridges Community Land Trust.

Station Area Planning for Transit Oriented Development

Station Area Planning enables the Port Authority to strategically manage its facilities and operations, and increase ridership by densifying urban nodes around transit stations and promoting healthy, active, car-free, and affordable lifestyles.

Fifth & Dinwiddie Transit Oriented Development

The Uptown neighborhood will see a transformation from parking lots to a multi-use development that includes affordable and market-rate housing, a bus rapid transit hub, and public art allowing opportunities for cultural expression. evolveEA led the masterplanning of the public spaces and is currently designing the public spaces with artists from the Hill and Uptown.

Rachel Carson Ecovillage

Situated on Chatham University’s Eden Hall Campus in Pennsylvania, the Rachel Carson Ecovillage (RCE) aims to attract and connect diverse residents through sustainability and inclusivity. RCE will be a multi-generational community that invites residents to build strong relationships with neighbors while caring for the environment.

evolveEA's relationship with Grow Pittsburgh goes back over ten years and includes several engagements across our strategy, planning, and architectural design services.

Bridger View Redevelopment Plan

evolveEA led the design process for Bozeman's Bridger View site redevelopment to create workforce housing that can become an example for future projects in the region. We envision a diverse community where people of various income levels, stages of life, and backgrounds can afford to purchase a home. The 63 homes are clustered around common areas, resulting in moderate densities with spaces for community life.

SmartMoves Connections

Building on SPC’s SmartMoves long range plan, evolveEA developed novel land use analysis tools to identify transit-supportive clusters throughout the region where new multimodal transit hubs could enable improved regional connectivity.
