14STW LIVING:
West Huntington Housing Study

evolveEA led a housing gap analysis called 14STW LIVING that compliments the 14STW District Plan with a vision and action plan for transforming the residential market in West Huntington, WV.

City of Bridges Community Land Trust

evolveEA facilitated the process where participants built knowledge about Community Land Trusts, explored alternatives, and made decisions regarding CLT Expansion. Equity and inclusion were central to these endeavors, which led to the establishment of the City of Bridges Community Land Trust.

Fifth & Dinwiddie Transit Oriented Development

The Uptown neighborhood will see a transformation from parking lots to a multi-use development that includes affordable and market-rate housing, a bus rapid transit hub, and public art allowing opportunities for cultural expression. evolveEA led the masterplanning of the public spaces and is currently designing the public spaces with artists from the Hill and Uptown.

Rachel Carson Ecovillage

Situated on Chatham University’s Eden Hall Campus in Pennsylvania, the Rachel Carson Ecovillage (RCE) aims to attract and connect diverse residents through sustainability and inclusivity. RCE will be a multi-generational community that invites residents to build strong relationships with neighbors while caring for the environment.

The Bridge on Forbes

Located in the heart of Pittsburgh’s Central Oakland neighborhood, the Bridge on Forbes fills a gap in the local student housing market. The LEED Gold building provides furnished student apartments in a dense corridor with a walkable setting.

Winterton Street Residence

evolveEA designed the addition for the Winterton Street Residence in Pittsburgh's Highland Park neighborhood to help maximize indoor and outdoor living space. The architecture is simple and mordern, complimenting the original brick house.

Bridger View Redevelopment Plan

evolveEA led the design process for Bozeman's Bridger View site redevelopment to create workforce housing that can become an example for future projects in the region. We envision a diverse community where people of various income levels, stages of life, and backgrounds can afford to purchase a home. The 63 homes are clustered around common areas, resulting in moderate densities with spaces for community life.
