Fab Four: Latest Additions to Our Team

At evolveEA, the winding down of 2024 has come with energetic growth and much appreciation for our community of clients, partners, colleagues and family. Recently we hosted our 20th Anniversary Party in our new home at The Detective Building, celebrating our bright future.

evolve’s team has expanded with the welcome addition of four new talented professionals! We’re happy to announce Moyin Okulate, Elda Silva LEED AP, Allison Koll PLA, and Joanne Shelly PLA/AICP/LEED AP, have joined us in recent months—each contributing unique expertise to our design, planning, and building performance teams.

Moyin Okulate began working with evolveEA last summer for an internship after graduating with a Masters Degree in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University. Moyin’s new role as Architectural Designer involves collaborating with community organizations, working on urban infrastructure projects, site planning, adaptive reuse, and residential projects.

Elda Silva LEED AP joins evolveEA as a Building Performance Project Manager, bringing over two decades of broad experience in design, planning and consulting. She has worked internationally on certified LEED and SITES projects as an accredited professional. Elda’s insights on design processes elevate project results by guiding stakeholders through the ins-and-outs of contemporary rating systems. 

Allison Koll PLA is a Landscape Architect who joined evolveEA to focus on equitable, community based approaches and to apply her diverse knowledge of planning and design. Based in Philadelphia, Allison enjoys interior design and ecological gardening. Allison’s experience working on parks plans and many kinds of landscape projects informs her approach.

Joanne Shelly PLA/AICP/LEED AP is evolveEA’s new Senior Landscape Architect, with an extensive background in planning and Landscape Architecture. Joanne believes that good design should be accessible to everyone, and centers sustainability principles in her work. She has served as a technical advisor for a long list of collaborative projects and grants. She regularly presents at conferences and panels and facilitates workshops.
