evolveEA Honored for Supporting Emerging Talent

AIA Pennsylvania named evolveEA one of the top firms supporting design professionals in their early career endeavors, with the EPiC Firm Award in 2023. Our annual internship program has helped members of our team advance their professional development and grow into leadership roles that shape the strategic direction of our practice. Many other interns have successfully made their mark on the field in new positions nationally, and we are proud to have provided a supportive and inclusive platform.

Every year, AIA Pennsylvania and the AIA PA Emerging Professionals Committee (EPiC) recognize firms that go above and beyond in supporting and guiding emerging professionals (EPs) gearing up for their Architect Registration Exam (ARE) to get their licenses. They assess firm culture, including leadership and professional growth, opportunities for advancement, and dedication to fairness, diversity, and inclusion.
