U.S. Steel Tower

The US Steel Tower is managed by Winthrop Management, who has been working with evolveEA since 2013 to incrementally retrofit systems and improve operations. The US Steel Tower achieved LEED V4 Silver Certification under the Operations + Maintenance (O+M): Existing Buildings rating system in 2019. One of the most unique aspects of this effort has been the Tenant Sustainability Committee created by Winthrop with help from evolveEA, which meets quarterly to collaborate on green initiatives for the whole building, with tenants and management leveraging each other's efforts.

Alcoa Corporate Center

As manager of the LEED EBOM certification process, evolveEA evaluated building performance, formalized policies and practices, and provided suggestions for improvement. Alcoa’s LEED certification demonstrates commitment to high performance green building operation and continued environmental and organizational improvement.
