Pittsburgh International Airport Terminal Modernization Program
Changing needs at Pittsburgh International Airport are driving the Allegheny County Aviation Authority to build a new terminal that will replace the current landside terminal. The project is designed to streamline the passenger experience and airport operations, while leveraging opportunities for the regional economy and for a more sustainable facility.
evolveEA is working with the design teams for the new Terminal as well as the new Ground Transportation Center, which will include parking, rental car facilities, and other multi-modal transportation infrastructure. We are helping both teams establish environmental goals for energy, water, and carbon emissions, and managing the LEED Certification process, as well as advising the project on other frameworks such as Parksmart and compliance with the Pittsburgh 2030 District goals.
