Please join us in welcoming to the firm Becca Roth, James Hollister, LEED AP, SMPS, and Laura Lasariia, AIA Associate, LEED GA.

With a background in architectural design, Laura Lasariia, AIA Associate, and a LEED Green Associate integrates sustainability into traditional processes, leveraging innovations to address climate challenges, optimize daylighting and energy performance, and embed sustainability at every stage of design. Laura is dedicated to advancing architecture through performance-driven analysis and sustainable design strategies that enhance building resilience, efficiency, and adaptability.

James Hollister, LEED AP, SMPS is passionate about creating a more thoughtful, just, and sustainable world and has spent nearly 15 years marketing the value and creativity of forward-thinking design firms, planners, and architects throughout the country. He was one of the first marketing professionals in the A/E/C industry to earn LEED Accreditation in 2008 and has played an active role in shaping the internal policies and operational paradigms of his employers to create a more sustainable approach to, “business as usual.”

Becca Roth is a lifelong resident of Pittsburgh and as the Finance and Operations Coordinator, they will support the firm in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual finance and operations deliverables and reports to facilitate evolveEA’s growth.
