Megan Worbs

Megan Worbs is passionate about creating streamlined systems that increase transparency and foster collaboration and innovation. As Chief Operating Officer, Megan draws on her experience of managing cross-functional teams in owner institutions and design-build entrepreneurship to drive evolveEA’s strategic initiatives forward. Megan’s leadership and background across the design and construction industry informs the growth strategy for evolveEA as we move into our third decade and beyond. In her role, Megan works on the things that keep evolveEA moving — from day-to-day business operations, to implementing and integrating new technologies, to systematizing the project management process.

Megan is a long-time Pittsburgh resident and has served on many community boards and volunteer roles in her community. Megan earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University. In her spare time, Megan enjoys traveling and connecting with nature by hiking and foraging.
