Marketing Manager

Duration: Full-Time

Location: Pittsburgh Office
Salary Range: $29/hr to $34/hr commensurate with experience
The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining the brand identity and voice for evolveEA. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Business Development and Project Teams to create print and digital communications designed to promote the firm. The Marketing Manager may also assist in creating project-related work such as project presentations, maps, or other graphic materials. The Marketing Manager reports to the COO while working closely with the Principals and project teams on specific deliverables.
Enterprise Level Responsibilities:
- Create and update collateral materials, including the following:
- Team bios and profiles
- Project descriptions/Project sheetsCapabilities statements
- Awards, proposals, and presentations templates
- Operations materials (letterhead, business cards, signage, etc.)
- Manage evolve’s digital presence through the following:
- Initiate and manage a website and brand refresh project with support from a consultant team
- Manage and update website content and accuracy and work with consultants to update
- Manage bi-monthly newsletter campaign and contact database
- Create a content calendar for the website, newsletter, and social and work with team members to execute
- Coordinate proposal review meetings and conference/award submission meetings
- Report on performance metrics related to marketing and promotion
Project Responsibilities:
- Project Support:
- Oversee and contribute to proposal submissions
- Prepare award submissions
- Contribute and review presentation decks
- Collaborate with the Project Managers on engagement/communication materials as needed
- Provide QA/QC on communications created by Project Managers
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with Mailchimp, GSuite
- Proficiency with InDesign
- Experience with WordPress
- Excellent written communication skills
- Graphic and page layout sensibilities
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- A desire to promote and encourage sustainability
- Ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to multitask and work flexibly
- Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with Airtable
- Strong graphic abilities
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop Illustrator
- Experience working in an Architecture/Planning firm
